Founts of knowledge

Diaspora Cultural Center, Inc. (DCC) is a recently incorporated non-profit organization under the leadership of its Board of Directors and a group of members interested in the preservation of Afro-Cuban , Afro-Diaspora , and other Diaspora cultures.
This is Miguel "Willie" Ramos' original site. He is a tremendous resource and tireless champion of finding the balance of tradition and keeping the Lucumi tradition a living one. He is the inspiration for this group, site and several future projects. ASHE!
A bit of information on Candomble from the BBC. I did not investigate the section on the man talking about his initiation so I can't vouch for its accuracy or appropriateness.
An interesting site on Macumba. I am not too familiar with this tradition so I cannot vouch for it's accuracy.
Folk Cuba has nearly any item one could need to practice, craft, adorn. David H. Brown also happens to have written one of my favorite books, Santeria Enthroned.
Ile Axe Opo Afonja is one of the oldest houses in Candomble. Thanks to my favorite Candomble priest Dom for the help.
Website of 2 priests of Ile Odofemi in the Detroit metro area. They do gorgeous work. Traditional and yet modern in design.

Search Engines

I love Google.

With over half a million sites, divided into more than 25,000 categories, Yahoo! is both browseable and searchable.
